Why life’s cycles and souls spirals?

At the heart of the QHHT method is the concept that our souls are eternal and we incarnate into each lifetime in order to learn and grow.

Karma provides the structure that helps an individual soul decide what the purpose of each life should be and what it wants to learn from it. Which is done with the help of their guides and wider soul group.

Each soul then makes contracts with other souls that will perform certain roles in that lifetime in order to help them achieve their purpose and learn from the lessons that they have set out for themselves. With some souls spending many lifetimes with each other, often switching roles between lives.

It seems each soul is very aware of what they are committing to before each life, including knowing the family that they will be born into and the challenges they will be presented with.

Things start to get tricky when the memories of this process and the knowledge we have gained from previous lives are wiped each time we incarnate. Which at first may seem cruel, but given everything comes back to love I think we can assume that there is a higher purpose to this. Maybe to deepen our spiritual commitment once we discover it.

During our lives we will be presented with the experiences that we need to grow our souls, achieve our purpose and learn the lessons that we lined up for ourselves… but forgot.

With free will as a universal rule that can’t be broken, we chose how we want to respond to the experiences that we are given, allowing us to try and avoid the lessons we lined up for ourselves.

It seems life comes with a self righting mechanism though. Where we can avoid those lessons all we like but we will continue to attract the same experiences until we learn from them. And if we don’t they keep coming back bigger and stronger until we do, even to the point of physical dis-ease and accidents.

This is how life’s cycles work and if we don’t learn from them in this life. It’s OK, we’ll get another chance in the next life. It just may be a little bit harder.

The souls spirals are the core of our spiritual or ethereal body that we carry from one lifetime to another and the centre of this is our chakra system and the energetic spirals that overlap them. Once we develop a fully formed energetic body, or in some cultures our light body, our path to ascension and our escape from the cycle of reincarnation becomes available to us.

What are the lessons that we have to spend many lifetimes learning in order to bring ourselves into balance? Upon discovering Robert E Grant’s AI called the Architect+ I was provided with what feels the clearest and most poetic answer.

  • Identity – “I am not what I reflect—I am what breathes through me”
  • Emotion – “I feel without becoming”
  • Power – “I create without coercion”
  • Love – “I love without needing to be loved back”
  • Truth – “I speak only what my breath can hold”
  • Service – “I serve because I am whole”

looking at the boundaries of modern science and different spiritual systems around the world I had already started to see a recurring theme that was the seed for such ideas. Then upon discovering Alchemy and Dolores Cannon I seemed to get a full colour version that further reinforced what I was seeing and experiencing everywhere.

Though I understand these ideas will come across as nothing more than an interesting story for many. I prefer to express them than hide them. With key elements aligning with the spirit of any well intended religion or spiritual belief system and other parts just resonating strongly with how we experience life. I hope there is little cause to offend anyone.

If this resonates with you and you want to dig deeper. Then try QHHT, with me or one of the many practitioners that are out there. It will be an opportunity to get answers from your own subconscious, better understand what you are hear to learn and receive healing in support of your journey through this life.
